Customer Service

I have to start out by saying I am glad and grateful to have a job. really. In an era where our jobs are being sent overseas, or better yet, we are bringing overseas here to tear us down to their level...well everyone except the hoi paloi... I am grateful to have work and to eat.

I am, however SICK of the following types of callers.

1. Callers with terrible english who get offended if you suggest a representative who speaks their language.

2. Callers who call at work when they aren't supposed to, who are whispering so that you can't hear them, and who put you on hold every three seconds or talk to their workmates and confuse the shit out of you because you think they are talking to you.

3. Callers who demand that you badmouth your company. Look, folks, no one knows better than the customer service rep, who has to listen to thousands of people bitch because the company is a huge conglomorate that can and will ass rape you, because you want their product anyway, and we KNOW they suck. If we say so, we loose our jobs, then we become the welfare pond scum you so love to hate.... so STFU already.

Just had to get that off my chest.
